I've been athletic since I was a kid. I grew up in Lawrence, MA - played softball, was a cheerleader, and later played women's baseball in Los Angeles. I discovered a love for strength training when I was student at Boston University - where I ran the BU weight room at the Case Athletic Center. That’s also where I discovered yoga. I became a personal trainer in 1998, and I've been a yoga teacher since 1999. I became a practitioner and teacher of Thai Yoga Massage in 2008. I’m also a certified Stretch + Flexibility Coach.

I'm also a certified Spiritual Mentor, Integrative Change Worker, and Coach, so helping people to feel their best physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually lights me up! I know how life changing it is to have a strong and flexible body and mind! I love working with people who are curious to learn, committed to their own well-being, and who want to take a proactive and fun approach to feeling better, moving better, thinking better, and being better - so they can do what they love!

I was a medical assistant for 10 years and realized I liked being on the preventative side of wellness even better. The gym and running have been a huge part of my life for many years and I know the physical and mental benefits. I love being able to help people in the wellness world before injury or illness and my ultimate goal is to help others feel better so they can do the things they love!

Fitness/wellness has been a positive impact on my life. I see the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits when I move my body and my nutrition is on point. I am a certified personal trainer and have many years of experience. I love helping my clients feel good and get moving so they can do the things they love. My ultimate goal is to share this gift of wellness I received, and guide others on the path to feeling better.
